Which of these topical anti androgen is best? I’m currently on ru58441 but heard positive things about pyrilutamide

None of these have been researched exstensively. I would recommend Pyrilutamide though, it's not that hard to come by right now. Please post updates here if you use it.

This is the only thing I've seen for Pyrilutamide. How are you even supposed to use this?

You need to mix it with an alcohol as vehicle. The tressless subreddit will help you when it comes to this sort of thing.

I usually just rub canola oil all over my head to prevent hairloss. But some people say pyrilutamide works too.

It would be a false statement to say that none of these compounds has been researched extensively except for RU. Pyrilutamide's binding affinity is 2 times higher than dht and a lot higher than testosterone. According to the trials, no sexual side effect has been noted at 5 mg x2 dose daily. It seems to be the most optimal dose both for effect and side effect wise.

Clinical Trials from the company that wants to sell it isn't really "extensive research". What I'm talking about is the mid to long term side effect profile. The only drug for hair loss that has these is Finasteride, as it's also FDA approved.

Even the effficiacy of Pyrilutamide has yet to be confirmed by an independent source.

Yeah, i was mistaken at the ''extensive'' part. However, I don't think Kintor are lying about the efficacy of the drug. On finasteride, I'd say dutasteride has been proven to be better and potentially have almost same possibility of side effect occurence. So, while dut exists and does what fin cannot do for some individuals, there is no need for fin i'd say.
