It most likely will tbh. I didn’t realize how much time I wasted till I jumped on ssris. Now I spend a lot of time doing nothing, when I was much better at time management when I was on em. I also never had panic attacks when I took it and could think out most social situations.

A few years ago I tried some other SSRI that I don't remember for like a few weeks but stopped, also tried atomoxetine for a bit. Recently for stress/nervousness I tried propranolol which gave my dizziness so now Im testing buspirone (which doesn't seem to be doing anything), but tbh if I just stop drinking caffeine I have way less cortisol but am addicted

SSRIs start working after a month or so

yep cutting out caffeine is a good idea it makes me ridiculously anxious when i take too much

also I have OCD like symptoms maybe prozac will help with them

Yeah I stopped using the second one because of side effects, prozac I used for like 8 months
