it actually isnt that bad jfl... oils for hair and brows 24/7, chewing 4h+, getting lean, posture maxxing, 12h sleep, brutal neck workout also
any more things to add? except rope if i dont ascend even more after this shit ends

get a barbell and dumbbells, weights and a squat rack / pull up bar hybrid

red light therapy

you can skin maxx properly since you don't have to go outside

legit you can have psl 8 skin if you stay at home for 3 months and follow a routine

i eat 5 carrots a day, and have classic b4 sleep routine... cleanser + tonic + moisturizer and i avoid shit food

This is a good time to eat as clean as possible (veggies, no snacks to keep the skin clean), keep calories low to get lean, and do bodyweight workouts. Everyone's going to be doing the opposite lol.

ive slept more so far and now that i cant properly train there is no point bulking so im getting a lot leaner . plus no skin damage from sunlight.
