As far as I know, Accutane is taken for a few months to a year until the cumulative dose accumulates in the body (so I was told by dermatologists and so it is written in scientific literature), so that then the acne does not return with renewed vigour.
On this forum I often read about people microdosing Accutane. Does this make sense?
As far as I understand, if you microdose Accutane, the results will be only temporary (that is, they will be during the intake of Accutane and perhaps a little after the end of intake, because enough of it will not have time to accumulate in the body).
What is the point of microdosing Accutane?
Wouldn't it be better to just take it full strength?
