Question about bulking

I want to bulk up but I still have some lower belly fat left although I'm quite skinny rn, I want it gone, so what should I do?

Define “some lower belly fat” are we talking a roll of fat when seated? If that’s the case along with love handles it’s time to lose that first. Also never bulk to above 15% which means you should always have abs

Bulk is biggest meme on our gay earth. Maintenance calories and high protein you can build muscle easy bhai. However, if you want excuse to eat Macca’s and suffer in a harsh caloric deficit in the end, go Ahead

no more than 15% imo

but if ur super skinny like 60kg go for it, 300cal surplus or something

bulking is shit , i was strength maxxing and gymcelling hard af over the winter. But i just woke up one morning weighed myself looked in the mirror and saw all my fcking leaness had vanished i looked like bloated normie so i cut the fuck back down because face over gymcelling

if you want to go on a bulk go on a very small surplus like 250 cal

Just started bulking as well. What I'm doing right now is only a 300 calorie surplus with 250 grams of protein a day. btw my maintenance is 1940 cals. Trying to get all my muscles sore so it all goes to muscle growth instead of fat.

nice new photos, never seen them before in my life tbh. and to the op, well there is a couple of factors like height and weight..
you see, if you have a higher bodyfat but you're not truly skinny than you should prob cut, but then again u can be
at a higher bodyfat but be truly skinny, in that case you need to very slowly bulking until you have enough muscle
to cut down and get rid of that lower belly fat without looking like a skeleton. i'm saying that because i don't really know whats ''quite skinny'' is for u. if you are truly skinny, than yeah go ahead and gain weight slowly. slow bulking > maintenance.
