My face has never been lean in the sense that my bonemass shows.
Obviously, at a lower BF%, my jawline is sharper. Still quite round (I think my gonions are inward), but there's still a clear difference.
However, when it comes to my cheeks, they've always looked the same. Even when I was younger (around 16-17, 19 now) and had no fat or muscle whatsoever, my cheeks look the same as they do now.
Is there any way to know if going on a calorie deficit and doing all of the things required for a debloat will actually get rid of face fat based on that information or will I have to go through the entire process and see if there are any changes?
If I did go through the process, I was wondering if it would be beneficial to chew at the same time so that I have some width to my jaw at the end. Not sure if I should go with mastic or falim gum.
Thanks!
