Who tf pays for these things? The bills must be $100k+ and I doubt the mentally ill dysphoric trannies are able to afford it.

There's a local craniofacial surgeon near me who is showing planning of facial feminization surgery and it's like 7+ surgeries and implants. Rhinoplasty, cheek implants, forehead reduction, hairline lowering, jaw recontouring, adam's apple reduction, rhinoplasty, etc. I've seen lots of other pricey surgeons show the same things on their Instagram.

How exactly does this shit work? Do they get their entire surgery subsidized? Is there any hope that incels would be able to get the same thing?

South Korean surgeons often get these requests because they already do cheekbone and jaw shaving.

I think their bill is significantly lower.

It doesn't cost that much, some people need more than others. it's just a "pack" of surgeries depending on the passion's fautures, some only need some bone timing here and there, and some need huge surgeries.

in Texas, we have something called "Slavic Vory" which orginates from Soviet Union "Thieves in Law"... One man I know has some connection to Armenia and he makes 50,000+ dollars per person sneaking a person into Eastern Europe / able to get fake papers to enter central Europe as a "refugee"...

I don't know. I would imagine they just take out loans they can't pay off. For surgeons they will not care if the patient can pay off the surgery once they have recieved the loan. Alternatively maybe porn, OF or prosititution? I have no idea and I don't care to find out. Most trannies just take hormones and don't get the surgeries, so you just have some masculine looking ogres with boobs and a wig walking around. I have never seen or heard of a tranny in a high paying job before.

I don't understand why gender dsyphoria is treated in such a way. Any other mental illness they would focus on fixing the patients mind. I read a business report about "trans tech" being a booming industry with an average revenue of $150,000 per person. The doctors just go along with it since it's a big fat paycheck and if they deny them, they will just be cancelled or called a bigot.

I think insurance or something would pay for the surgeries? I haven't seen many trannies with high paying jobs.
