If you have negative supra orbitals hence negative hooding, can you change that to natural or positive hooding with fat grafting?

What do you mean by "negative supraorbital", there's no such a thing, you probably meant negative hooding, yes it can be fixed with fat grafts, supraorbital implant should only be used when the eyes are bulging more.

Some retard user in other thread just told me I have "negative supras" when I showed him this Pic of my eyes and he told me that I shouldn't do fat grafting because I will just have more of the negative hooding

Don't trust anything tbh, implants should only be done when your orbitals are recessed, soft tissue is very important, i have seen many people who got implants and did not change almost at all.

I am 99% sure “negative supras” do not exist.
If you want to get rid of negative hooding, you are able to tell your surgeon to inject more fat tissue into the inner part of the fat pads, where my arrows are pointed on the photo attached.
You can also get fat grafted into the lower eyelid fat pads to lift up the outer part of your eyes, to give a more perceived positive tilt.
