I would like to ask You l, gonial angle and mandibular contour can be enhanced by mandibular osteotomies ,other that chin wing surgery? Iwas told și ,that I ask yoy
 
Yes. side wing osteotomy, MSDO.
 
What do you think about this osteotomy?
Very interesting concept tbh. Vertical ramus lengthening is definitely something I'll need to have Andreischev do to me during the bimax.

How does ramus lengthening work? Wouldn’t it lower your mandible and throw off your bite? I could definitely benefit if it’s a thing

They add hip grafts to the ramus bone.

Niiiice I was thinking about osteotomy cs implants so this is basically the same as an implant. Any before afters, articles, or threads on it that you know of?

Idk, google it or something. This is actual bone not a foreign material so it's superior obviously, anyone with half a brain would prefer real bone to implants
