Question about HGH

You always hear about getting a growth plate X-ray before you start hgh which in itself is somewhat difficult because some doctors won’t let you.

The question I have is how are you gonna know when to stop taking hgh/when your plates close

You most likely aren’t going to be able to get another X-ray so you can’t really know if they’re actually closed

Most people will say that you’ll just know because you stop growing, but for those rare cases where people stop growing for a little and then continue later; that could mess them up

You don't even need a radiograph since HGH has other benefits besides height, might asw do it anyways if you can't.

Doesn’t answer my question but I do agree that hgh still has a lot of benefits other than just height

I personally don’t want to spend that much money on it tho if it isn’t for something as important as height since the rest of the benefits idc abt too much

Yeah but you can’t get an X-ray without your doctor ordering it for you and at least my doctor is against the idea and I haven’t even started hgh or finished puberty or anything, so the odds of him letting me get an X-ray even further down the line after I use hgh is basically 0

Yup. If you go to an urgent care and say it hurts to move your wrist they will prolly order an xray

Bro there’s no way they gave u an xray just bc u said u hurt it

And no you can’t just buy an xray

A doctor has to order it for u

Or maybe in your case you don’t need a doctor’s approval but idk how that works

you just walked into urgent care and then said you hurt your wrist playing rugby

did they just take you straight to the x-ray or did they do some tests or wtv

also, how much did you have to pay and what did they say when you had nothing wrong with your wrist

I think they made me move and it see if it hurt so I said it did. Then they ordered the xray.

also, how much did you have to pay and what did they say when you had nothing wrong with your wrist

I think my insurance paid for it. When there was nothing wrong they said “oh looks like nothing broken, might be a sprain so here’s a brace” and sent me in my way.
