Question about Incline Cardio

I have never done cardio in my life since I have never cut in my life but I have to cut now since im off steroids and i have gained wieght.


anyway

if I set the incline to max and hold on to the monitor to balance myself, how much less calories do i burn? 25 percent less?

i use polar strap that syncs with machine and keep track of heart rate and set programs adjusted to my heart rate

id advise you to do morning fasted HIIT cardio and take ACL and normal l carnitine beforehand

about the incline, its really machine dependant and how much u burn also depends on lot of things

less brutal when ur blackpilled and you understand if ur not around 10%bf or less, you aren't even trying

That true arent you worries about muscle loss
i dont do it anymore

i did it it when i went from 137kg to 95kg when i started looksmaxxing

i try to do supersets now or once a week LISS cardio 1-1.5 hr on staircase machine while i watch netflix on phone

but mostly i just play with calories to manage fat loss

im still inbeteeen recomping-lean bulk for the last wave of fat left on me

I Stagenated on my cut , I can’t cut anymore cal without the risk of losing muscle do cardio has to be done
