I’ve been cutting for awhile and I want to know whether it’s worth cutting more or switching to training abs instead? Do you think I have the ad muscle and it just needs to be uncovered by losing the fat or do you think I even have good enough abs? It’s mostly lower abs I am worried about. Another question to someone who trained abs. Did you see growth? And if so, how long did it take?
