question about midsection

I’ve been cutting for awhile and I want to know whether it’s worth cutting more or switching to training abs instead? Do you think I have the ad muscle and it just needs to be uncovered by losing the fat or do you think I even have good enough abs? It’s mostly lower abs I am worried about. Another question to someone who trained abs. Did you see growth? And if so, how long did it take?

No hate, your lower part seems less defined than upper, you at a point where its not a matter of fat %(I mean to see visible muscle), so you should kinda do both in some way(as always more muscle less fat, but not aggresive training, and still, if you are cuttin just hit lower part more) For me it took around 2 maybe 3 month to make them more defined, honestly just spammed random shit(like half pull ups with legs steched 90) and etc

Atp cutting is about comfort(ideal to have where your face is lean but not suicide type lean), I dont think it should be your primary goal just keep and grow muscles and overtime lose fat, probably around 10ish pounds is doable(overtime, not talking summer). (and overall, if you cut - do it clean)
Its not more as a "focus" but just add type of case - plank, any type of leg raises or smth like reverse crutches, just add it/add time on it and you will be golden

Sorry g, keeping slightly anonymous here + my vitiligo is killing me, but I was training overall abs, not just lower parts and it was done with MK and some other shit so probably my "trasnformation" is far from good lol

to be fair dude your good your physique is pretty good i promise u dont go too over board if i were u i'd train my upper body a lot espicially my shoulders mostly and yes also ur abs sins ur lower abs arent showing a lot but still good shit man

I did a lot of it on the bars as part of other training routines, if we are talking lower part I did leg raises on a bar(in like L position), like a LOT, my daily goal was 15 minutes of plank + I spammed Reverse Crutches a LOT, as part of end for my training
Basically just check any source for exercises, try them and in some way spam ones that you like

Yeah? Idk I just set up my phone in front of myself and doomscrolled TT, I was aiming for 15 but most days I got around 5 - 20 sec break - again
As I know its bad way to train and more than 2-3 minutes should be done at a time(high risks and etc) but MK did wonders for me so I guess thats why I havent fucked up
Would reccomed 2-3x5 trough day(or around so)

What was your dose?
And how did it help you?
I run a small dose of 7.5 mg when I was bulking but I never went any higher

20-25 average(hour before bed), significantly improved my sleep recovery feelings trough the day(I started complex so maybe not from MK everythigng but still)
I was using it as a heightmaxxing, lol, and It kinda worked/works for me, training wasnt my main goal
20 just because I was scared cuz my family runs history of obese diabetic morons and shit but berberine and some deuretics works miracle and no problems for me at all(with sugar levels and etc)
