i've already undergone braces and i have a retainer. would wearing my retainers at night affect my mse / fme expansion?

barely wear them. Their gonna stunt maxillary growth by keeping them in the same place. just wear them consistently for the first couple months.

its possible. your missing out on maxilla gains wearing that mouth straightjacket. it literally kills mewing and thumbpulling gains. just gotta logically think about it.
