Question about palate expander and MSE

As I understand, both widens palate and maxilla and also the rows of teeth. Wouldn't this lead to significant inequalities in the lower rows of teeth? So that the upper rows of teeth are much wider than the lower. All of the orthodontists I have found write on their pages that they offer these treatments if a crossbite is preleased. Most of the people here, however, have no crossbite.

I have crossbite and I don't fucking know nor do I care if that even ends up happening. Get looks or die trying. It shouldn't be of any concern, you don't walk around smiling non-stop like an autist

You are supposed to have orthodontics after MSE, if you go brutal on the expansion then you even need jaw surgery, but this is unlikely.
