In terms of nicotine consumption would snus be the worst for looks?

I think it’s like zyns > cigs > vape > nicotine gum (absolute safest)

Which zyns? Pretty sure usa are 3-6mg and Europe 15mg but if you take 30mg a day it’s not that much imo just have healthy habits aside. Everyone has their bad sides but if ur diet sleep and whole life is crap then it’s problem. No gum recession for me just have good oral health I took 120-150mg a day and my gums are perfect. Nicotine is vasoconstrictor soooo.. but just take it not much tho

Nicotine stains your teeth, and causes vasoconstriction which limits blood flow to the face making your skin seem of lower quality

Also, if used during teen years it can affect your development

Used them for over a year. Gym recession, especially from American zyns, is basically unnoticeable
