Hello saars. I'm 16 and my skull is fucked both aesthetically and functionally. I have a narrow palate and I've been trying to get a palate expander, but all 3 consultations ive had have resulted in either no opportunity for true skeletal expansion or some bluepilled nonsense about it being extreme (even tho they all tell me my airway is fucked.) Can I fix this with surgery later? And if so, will results be better / worse than with MARPE?

just get bimax it will give you forward growht better looks and better airway

Alright thank you cuh. I have another question tho, is there any way something the ortho does can mess up potential surgery later? I'm just worried that I do the irreversible and fuck my future plans up for good. Everytime I bring up surgery, every single orthodontist ive been to says that they ONLY work with some random local surgeon, and that the plans MUST be done with him. Should I just not bring it up?

keep searching for a better orthodontist because alot of them are retarded as you can see, and don't jump to surgery if your palate is narrow, expand then get surgery if you really want to
