Test with 5ar or deca (but you cant use 5ar blocker with that) they are your only options. That is it if you are really worried about your hair and prone. You may be able to run some other compounds for a while before you see loss but it will happen eventually like it did to me. You can recover some later tho by lowering to trt dose blocking dht with dut and/or adding oral min.

Ok I can't stop dutasteride so I'll have to stick to test only. I wonder how good my gains would be though.

You really dont need anything else to build a great physique for aesthetics. If you want to compete in powerlifting and/or bodybuilding you will need other stuff but you can get very far with just test.
