Is eating Carrots and Tomatos good for your brown tan skin if your curry, i heard some warn me against carrots as itll make the skin look more yellow, i just want the vibrant reddish/orange look, and keep in mind Natural real vegetable/fruits not supplements

whats the color of ur skin because i dont think lycopene would do anything when you're dark its like if a black guy asks if lycopene will make his skin reddish

medium-light brown, and lycopene forget about it, it alone doesnt work atleast for me, it could be i never took it in high dosage pills
 
if you have orange/ yellowish undertones then stop taking orange carotenoids :feelsuhh: start taking lycopene and astaxanthin, theres a good skin coloring guide on botb.

well idrk anything other than lycopene that would make your skin reddish duh maybe the collagen boost from tret could help with that too try it if you're not already on it

if you have orange/ yellowish undertones then stop taking orange carotenoids :feelsuhh: start taking lycopene and astaxanthin, theres a good skin coloring guide on botb.
i have gray/yellowish undertones, U do know that orange has a reddish tint to it
 
Looking 10% more red won’t do anything. Your problem is MELANIN. You need to BLEACHMAX.

Yeah the lycopene is alot harder to see in darker skin, focus on lightening you will see yourself become redder through that

this is my skintone in natural sunlight, and i am already trying to get lighter just need the red hue along with it cuz it looks better

Growing up, my mom actually encouraged me to eat carrots because it would supposedly make look more orange and less swarthy
