There's an adjustment period. If you're doing it you need to eat lots of fat, that helps. But when you're on carnivore you hardly need to poop at all

yeah. Your body uses a lot more of the food you're eating so you generate a lot less waste. But in the beginning there's a period where your intestines needs to learn to push things through without fiber. I'm not on carnivore anymore but on carnivore you only need to shit like one in three days or something

First 2 weeks i had some nasty diarrhea ngl, after that i've pooped easier than ever and only like once or twice a week depending on how much i eat

At least for me this diet is absolutely incredible, i didn't even eat fast food before, but i was well over 20%bf cause i ate like a pig, i started 2 months ago and i've dropped 20kgs, right now i am 84kgs at like 18%bf, i have barely lost any muscle and i don't even lift weights or train at all, my Sebderm was completely erased, i have no dandruff now and my hair retains moisture and curls more instead of oils being eaten up by the malassezia.

Every summer i used to sunburn after 15 minutes of sun exposure because i am pale af, now because i don't have any omega6s inflammatory responses are on the toilet and i can be 4 - 5+ hours without sunscreen and i tan, never thought i could even be able to do that, i burned once during this period cause i worked the whole day in my garden without a shirt or sunscreen on and the burn was gone like 6 hours later

Erection quality on the roof and i can keep fucking after ejaculating, something i wasnt able to do before, muscle endurance multiplied too, the other day i went out with some friends to do some trekking, walked 30 kilometers with an UV factor of like 10 without pauses and i was chilling and they were tired as hell even though they're very fit and i don't do sports or train, they also got very sunburnt and i didn't

if you haven't been getting enough protein in before, the increase will make u shit urself for a few days. ur body adjusts to normal after a while

Deffo give it a shot man, i knew it would work for me but honestly the results are greater than i imagined, hopefully it goes well for you aswell, some advice id give you is to not give a shit about calories or muh macros, eat whatever you got until you feel full, i don't feel hungry at all cause i am in ketosis and since i was very overweight my body was/is using my fats to run, i assume that once i reach sub15%bf i will have to eat more cause rn i am probably eating around 500grams of fatty meat per day and i throw in some cheese or butter and thats it, also if its necessary to keep doing the diet you can cheat, perfect is the enemy of good so if you need some time to adapt its perfect, when i started i drank some diet coke or coffee if i felt tired cause your body needs some time to enter into ketosis
