First you open the account at the new bank. And then tell your old bank that you’re closing your account with them and they will give you a check for whatever balance is in there. Did this about 2 years ago.

Ofc nigga u can do that in any country. In USA you can use Zelle if both banks support it. Otherwise you can use wire transfer but a small fee will be charged

Try Bank to Bank transfer aka ACH. No fees and it happens in 1 to 3 days

They do , i was chatting with their 24/7 customer service support & i can transfer all my money with a small $5 fee .

The reason for this is i plan on using a new card on file for future surgeries/ appointments so nobody in my family can keep tabs on my statements
