Question if my side profile is recessed

one photo with the morphs looking straight, one looking down and another one looking straight, i feel that my upper lip has some kind of protusion. I did 2 morphs trying to project my chin/jaw a little bit further but i think it actually look worst/uncanny.
My chin has a decent projection, so if i would assume if there is any recession it would be on my lower jaw in relation to my upper jaw.. My gonials are 120-122 which is a good range and i dont know if any movement in my jaw would bring benefits, occlusion is fine

genioplasty would bring my chin foward but i dont know if the benefits would outweight the cons

The doctor im doing is very experienced, i hope it solves my negative canthal tilt, my biggest concern is regarding fat graft, i lost all my fat deposit around my eyes after around 23-24y. But i dont see many good results regarding fat grafting. In my country, nobody does infraorbital implants

The most blackpilled surgeon i found here and went through (Pary) just offered my a normal malar implant + fat grafting. I also asked him what else he would do besides my midface but i didnt like his approach as he wanted to feminize some of my features, diminishing my jaw. I saw many malar implants online and i think flat cheekbones look better for males
