the thing is, i dont ultimately know why. this thing happens where i just feel bits of sadness throughout the day for a week or so and it ultimately climaxes with a cathartic release triggered by random things.
for that day in particular, i think the straw that broke the camels back was the realization that everyone i know is doing stuff for Halloween and for another year i was left uninvited and alone
