Question of what order i should looksmax.

im 14 in puberty around 5'5. i naturally feel more inclined to grow taller before taking care of other things like acne and what not so i can fully growth max before actually doing anything else

should i do this or is there a reason this would be bad?

You can do multiple things at the same time, of course trying to juggle too much at once can be overwhelming, but I don't see why trying to maximize your growth and dealing with acne at the same time would be an issue for you.

In what order should you looksmax? Physique (This includes your muscle mass, bone mass and length, and body fat. This encapsulates nutrition and hormones as well) → Acne → Hair (The face on your face and head) → Debloating → Who knows what you do after this point, that depends on your individual needs and how far are you willing to take it.

I heard from other people that max out muscle mass during puberty it stunts growth because ur hgh is going to the muscle(sounds like bs but idk)

So um, yes, that's bullshit. HGH is an endocrine hormone, which functions systematically, meaning it affects multiple tissues throughout the body, including bones, muscles, and organs. It isn't some kind of fuel that can get used up or can get diverted to any specific tissue really.

also i was wondering what supplements could help boost hgh and keep my growth plates open.
I excersise calisthenics daily for near 10-20 minutes already and do sprints but im thinking of buying supplements, any info on which ones would be helpful if any at all?
