I am almost 17.
Sometimes I diet and loose energy and a bit of libido, also my appetite goes after a while down and I don’t suffer from starving anymore.
I often do 20‘000-30‘000 steps a day.(I have routines.)
I am about 5.8-5.9.
I don’t know if I will grow, but I read that often Men grow till early 20ies.
I would wanna grow and I often sleep about 6-7 hours a night, on Weekends more.
I am doing some refeed days now and I literally eat very very much.
My appetite went up, etc.
I don’t know, are there any advices for me?
I want to be very lean, like at 10% bodyfat and I am like on 15-16 % now.
I have a bit belly fat.
I also don’t know if green Tea really works.
My Mother is like 5.8 and my father is like 5.5 maybe.
My Mothers brother are like 5.11-6.1.
I don’t think, that I have gotten my fathers genetics in height, because I am taller than him and was when I was younger.
