Provide a study of these patients, there aren't any.
If there was a study outlining a base level of pressure applied to the palate and then comparing idk CT scans over a 1-3 year period or maybe longer and stating the changes in bone position, on a group of idk 100 people then maybe I would belive you.

Hes an orthodontist ffs, his area of expertise is on teeth not jaws/bone position. Why would you take advice from someone like this I mean he got thrown out of the BOS.

Im not saying that proper tongue posture is invalid, but its not called mewing its just normal tongue posture. By default you should have your tongue resting on the roof of your mouth during development, if you where not raised that way then changing that after full development will do nothing.

But people make it out to be something its not. You will not change your face with "mewing" Once you are developed you are developed.

The only thing you will notice from "mewing", if its not been something you have done your entire life is you will notice your thyroid bone will raise, and perhaps you will reduce down swinging of your jaw throughout adulthood.
