Can someone fill me in, how did a cosmetic surgery result in him being cross eyed ?

For me I just wasn’t impressed by Taban. He came in looked at my eyes and was like “I don’t think u should change anything.” I figured he would do something more in depth like measure my eyes or something because there was clear asymmetry.

I have upper eyelid asymmetry where one eye is more hooded than the other so I suggested him perform an upper eyelid lift and he said he could but he only ever removes skin when he does an upper lid lift and he doesn’t remove fat. Which to me is dumb because what if it’s warranted to have to remove fat also. I explained that to him and he was firm that he doesn’t remove fat so I was just like yeaaaaa no thanks. The supposive best eye surgeon in the world doesn’t even remove fat with his upper eye lifts. Retarded

i dont know myself everything, but here is what i understand ( he deletes many of his vids so its hard to get chronology tbh needs effort)

its him before surgeries. rightfully so , he wanted to change his very bad eye aeqa

he tried to get hunter eyes with dr.taban but ended up looking like a chink

then i think he got either eye sight problems or was unhappy with the result and went for correcting surgeries that didnt help him at all and only got his health situation worse too


so his surgery in the end is a complete fuck up, resulting not only in cosmetic imperfection but also with a serious health issues

He's a decent guy though. I just don't get his obsession with cosmic surgery. I know it's more mainstream now to do it. But I always found it weird. Unless it was minor procedures. This guy tried to change the whole look of his eyes. Like he is in some character creator on a MMO.

I know this goes against "looksmaxing" but I never understood the obsession with cosmic surgery. Dude looked alright before and had functioning eyes. Now he looks straight up psychotic which is worse than having ugly eyes. Plus he reduced function of his eyes. That goes against every human instinct ever (SURVIVAL).

Sometimes the blue pill advice of accepting who you are can save your life. lol

Yes he got unlucky. But if you look at his baseline he completely wanted to reconstruct his eye area... I know it's possible but it's a huge risk you're taking. Minor adjustments are much safer obviously. I hope he can fix it in the future somewhat. Would suck to go through life like that.

You definitely have to manage expectations when it comes to cosmetic surgery. Surgeons aren't magicians and tbh the harsh reality is you have to already be attractive or have decent features to work on. I don't know if I have ever seen a really bad feature be turned into a good one, it ends up looking uncanny the more change you must do to a feature like eye area or jaw.

It really sucks for him

It's all a personal decision and you have to absolutely be prepared for the worst outcome. Kinda a live by the sword die by the sword type of thing with cosmetic surgery
