I think ngannou build would be close to ideal (as long as you aren't ronnie coleman at 5 8 you should be good, so anything between zyzz and ngannou in terms of muscle). You need to be muscluar because tall foids tend to be strong and well built just like tall guys. I see some very tall foids in my gym pulling 70-80kg on seated rows when in reality most girls never do more than 30-35.
