Otherwise the desire to meet, touch, kiss and fuck other women has to be suppressed through fapping or fucking the girls you have access to, but are not neccessarily attracted to. personally when i’m no fapping, i usually go 1/2 months at best and then i fap once only to reset my desire to do it. i then become a coomer for 1/2 weeks and get back on track

Why get angry over some girls that you'll likely never fuck?

All you need to do if you want to have a long NoFap streak is to have self-control/discipline, focus your mind on other stuff (vidya, drugs, exercise, etc.), and stop seeing photos/vids of nude foids. That's all there is too it.

All you need to do if you want to have a long NoFap streak is to have self-control/discipline, focus your mind on other stuff (vidya, drugs, exercise, etc.), and stop seeing photos/vids of nude foids. That's all there is too it.

The problem is the possibility that I maybe have a chance, that keeps my on my phone all the time. For example, tinder matches, or girls on other datnig apps. I still try and rarely it works but in comparison how many hundreds of hours I put in my phone for one girl to fuck is just not worth it in the end. But I cant suppress my natural instinct to go and seek out women.
