Question to people who have a deviated septum and/or mouthbreath

Do some of you experience difficulty of talking ? I can't hold on a long speech because it's kind like my lungs are running out of air. Someone relates to the struggle ?

i dont mouthbreath but when laying down i really have to focus on keeping my mouth shut and it drives you INSANE
