i've seen your thread about how to know if you have high testosterone or not so i tried the 2D:4D RATIO method on my friend and his index finger is longer than his ring finger does this mean he's low t?

Or does pre netal T place a limit on test levels

It means he had low testosterone in the womb. However adulthood testosterone is a different story. While studies show the link between a better 2d 4d ratio causing higher testosterone in adulthood, it’s not always the case. But during fetal development your friend was definitely exposed to less testosterone
