when i pull my skin from my temples and cheeks to the side with my hands it makes my eyes look mogger and my lips wider, is this a procedure that's performed? like is that something similar to a facelift or what

Probably mimics a Canthoplasty and lower eyelid retraction for your eyes and a facelift for you face in general. Probably don't need a facelift at your age you look quite young. You can widen lips with Commissuroplasty or palate expansion (but I think the former is more effective second one might not work as well)
