They say they last about 6 months. Imp, they last longer, but spread out over time, could case puffiness/bloath long term if a person gets them often I would assume. I would say they last at least 1 year. Probably longer.
Most fillers are applied very locally in the biginning, but will spread ut over time, I think.

When is it worth?
* great for assymatry and obvious flaws (like recesed chin, etc..) fixing
* good for saging, anti aging of skin and the collagen reaper for older peoples. including dark circles.

Info about bloath, due to fillers. And to concern/watch out for.

Example case, bloathed face from likely fillers.
Lean face is more attractive, so watch out for bloath

I think if you aren't very recessed you can try fillers or fat grafts. Personally that's what I'm gonna do

over for fillercels

At what age would you recommend, to do fillers?

IMO.
GOLDEN RULE FOR FILLERS:
If you face look bloathed becasue of fillers, you fucked up. LEANESS in face is very importnat, and essential!

I disagree, on people taking fillers like every 6 months. Fucking up leaness, is then very risky. Fillers should last longer More like years. If taking fillers somewhat regularly for anti aging/wrinkles. It better be very low doses. Otherwise I can't see, how it would not lead to bloathed face.

At what age would you recommend, to do fillers?
Any adult age. For fixing:
- for fixing assymatry (for example: -nose shape *1, lips assymatry),
- for fixing big flaws, like recessed chin, absent jawline, no-cheeckbones, negative vanthil tilt, etc.

Only for aging, thus when the collagen reaper attachs and can't stop this anymore: wrinkles, fat pads sagging, skin dropping. Thus this depends on age, but I can't put a number on it. Some peeple have perfect elesctic skin at 35, and don't need any, whereas some at 35 looks like a wrinkled granny and needed collagen 10 years ago already.

exmaples:
nose improving flaws with fillers:

Other excamples fixing assymatry with fillers.

Filler have pros and cons, obviously.

Cons:
- temporary fix (biggest con, although 9 Months is achievable and not too bad imho)
- if going for mid face fillers, risk of looking bloated, overdone

Pros:
- super easy to get, no downtime
- subtle change, ppl usually dont really notice you got something done
- good for jawline, chin
