I’m planning on hopping on mk677 12.5 mgs a day 10 weeks on 3 weeks off. I’m currently 14 almost 15 and I’m 5’8. I am wondering though if I need to take berberine for insulin resistance and an ai to reduce estrogen production from the increased test?
