1. If upper lip slightly protrudes more than lower lip does that mean I have recessed chin?

2. At 25 is there anything I can do naturally to grow lower third?

3. Can chin be genetic? I’m not sure but I think my chin lacks protrusion but I read somewhere that brow ridge and chin are based off hormones but my brow ridge is good

4.Does chewing only increase jaw width or does it effect zygos/rammus or maximilla

5.Will fixing body posture at 25 have any effect on my face?

1. No thats normal. Upper lip is always ahead of the lower lip as the maxilla is supposed to be 2mm ahead of the mandible.

2. No. Surgery. Chewing/Mewing wont do much for you.

3. Its both environment and genetics.

4. Chewing affects the maxilla. Hard chewing will make the maxilla and mandible grow forwards and upwards. It will also make the ramus grow longer.

5. Yes, but very minimal skeletal changes will happen even after years of practicing good body posture

The width of my bigonial angle is lower then my bizygonmathic width(idk if that’s what it’s called. Lower jaw width < cheek bones)
I read that chewing can help with that
Is it a realistic goal to try and chew my way to equal ish jaw and cheek bone width or is that not a good idea?

also is there a good way to determine if you have forward or downward growth? I have been “mewing” my whole life but I sure as hell don’t look like it
