Questions on Orthodontics, should i get MARPE + facemask?

So, i have a recessed maxilla but my mandible is a lot more forward grown retrospectively with a strong chin, i also have a jewish nose, this gives me the facial convexity of a crescent moon jfl. I was thinking about getting a lefort 1 in the future but im only 18 right now and have no where near the amount of money needed to afford it, but for now i wanted to maybe see if orthodontics could also be a solid solution, i have a fairly narrow palate, about a 6 teeth smile, and i was wondering if marpe + facemask would get me any forward growth for the maxilla and if it would be a good roi for me. Also, does marpe cause ccw rotation of the mandible or cw rotation?

Nigga MARPE + FM + braces are gonna cost you 8-15k.

It sounds like you're recessed as fuck and insurance would cover DJ surgery.

Yes MARPRE + FM would help in your case. Your jew nose is a biproduct of a recessed maxilla. Your palate is also narrow but you know that.

Not going to affect your mandible but I can imagine it swings forward CCW if your maxilla is restricting its movement.

i live in the uk, so orthodontic appliances are usually free, but not so much on DJ surgery because despite my recession, i have no airway issues or health related issues at all.
