palate expander would help if your looking for non surgical but for lower jaw u could get implants, possibly genioplasty for ur mandible

there expanders for both upper jaw(maxilla) and lower jaw (mandible) though from what i heard others say on here the mandible expander didnt give significant changes , where maxilla expander gave a lot better results. as always ask ur orthodontist and dont put it without an experts approval

my orthodontist was considering to extract teeth but luckily she didnt need to
