Hi, I’m taking a Vitamin A supplement and would like to know if it's safe.
Main Ingredient: 5000 IU Vitamin A (Retinyl Acetate) per serving.
Other Ingredients: Colloidal silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene), and modified starch.
Price: $1 for 100 servings.
Is this dosage safe for daily use? Also, are there any concerns about these additives (especially BHT) or the very low price point?
Thanks
