Decide for urself if u believe him but i think he spreads too much bs tho some claims and stuff he is saying is correct tho

Almost killed myself before finding him. Found him changed my diet became happier ascended a little only 3 months tho

True tho he is the guy who sun gazed for like a month i believe then almost died before that he was vegan

I recommend looking at studies yourself on websites like pubmed. Often creators like Goatis cite studies that are not in a controlled environment or with misleading results because he knows viewers wont read them. Not just Goatis btw, also big youtubers like Jeff Nippard.
