Depends on ur age if not done with puberty might not work, but generally diet low in inflammatory foods, so basically only meat fruit ram diary honey eggs salt works wonders for some due to gut health
Avoid spices and literally anything besides those foods mentioned there if u want to take on that extreme protocol

just clean your skin nigga

Also could supplement beta carotene, lycopene and astaxanthin
It’s basically a OTC natural Accutane supplement stack also give u attractive healthy tab and more in ațe sun protection

Thanks, I'm still 16 btw but the acne annoys me and it just plays a huge role in my face. Should I also cut out processed food?

Bro literally eat only meat eggs fruit raw diary honey and salt, nuttin else also no processed foods
But if the supplement stack might also work on u without diet changes gotta try it out tho
Depends on the person and their personal tolerance
If you have weight to lose caloric deficit also makes skin better

You either apply a strong topical retinoid like tretinoin or you take accutane. Dont try coping shit with diet it wont work.

A good diet may help but till a point. Then you can start with tret as I use that from skinorac for acne and its good.

Forehead acne the one you have is probably due to your hair being oily, if you have longer hair and leave it on your forehead it happens.
Clean your hair more often with good shampoo.
If u want a quick solution you could use anti dandruff shampoo on your forehead which helps w fungal acne (the one im talking abt)

But there's also a chance it's not fungal acne

And it's probably due to hormonal imbalances and your diet.

I use Le Petit Olivier shampoo and conditioner, they have a really good ingredient list, cost about 14 euros for both..
idk if it will be available in your country though, check out their site!
i think shampoo costs around 13$ on amazon and same price for conditioner.
(rep this or i will kill you)
