im a mid to high HTN with clear skin i have mild to moderate acne + redness how much will that reduce my score to? I got approached twice in one night on monday, so i feel like girls see past it & look at my good features, instead of temporary skin details

That’s me with just some skin redness and now breakouts i can achieve this level of clarity in 2-3 months , & then this is the current breakouts im dealing with
