Quick question

Rn 177cm almost 2 months ago 176cm and in August or march I was 175cm in last year's October or November I was 173cm my currently age is 14 and I wanna know if I can grow more taller my mom is 165cm and dad is 175cm or 174cm but idk if it matters but my uncle(mom's side) is 190cm in this past week I have been getting too much knee pains on both legs and crural pain on right leg I have also had knee clicks I have also growing facial hair not much but little noticable idk if my puberty is finishing or not so I wanna get info from u guys and is there any way to know if I'm done growing or not without any x-rays
