What do u guys think abt:

Upper
Lower
Upper
Shoulders and forearms

So for example
Tuesday - Upper
Thursday - Lower
Friday - Upper
Sunday - Shoulders and forearms

Is this retarded or am I a genius
 
You should train lower twice a week.

You could do: U,L,U,L, Rest, Arms, Rest.
 
Not gonna do legs twice there’s just no point
