• don't eat anything tomorrow
• drink little to maximise the effect of lasix (furosemide)

• HIIT workout this night and in the morning before shower

Don't fuck up the Lasix timing!

Make sure you time it long before (like 10 hours) – I had the experience of doing it too close to meeting up with a girl and had to take a piss 4 times while on a date

It was 80 mg. No, that's too close, I wouldn't risk it – do it 8 hours before or something.

You need to drink a lot of water after taking it. like 3-4 liters

drank about 2 liters that day

gonna only drink a glass of water as @pneumocystosis said so

hope it works better

some extra quick stuff i can think of

- spray cologne every few hrs to prime the skin/scent
- chew gum
- reduce puffiness in morning with ice water
- just get good sleep (8hrs exactly)

honestly just relax don't try too hard else you'll let urself overthink
