Quickest way to fix assymetrical jaw?

I have a date on Friday and just saw myself on the inverted filter for the first time in a while, my jaw is uneven as fuck.

It might be over.

nigga it's just my jaw is slanted to one side
surely i can atleast make it less exaggerated in a couple of days

bonesmash the fuck out of it so the lopsided/uneven side is more swollen making it appear 'less' asymmetrical, you can't possibly do anything else with that little time.

1. Jaw Repositioning and Posture​


Jaw positioning exercises can help align your jaw more evenly. In some cases, asymmetry is related to how the jaw rests, so adjusting the way your jaw is held can temporarily reduce asymmetry.

Mewing: Press your tongue against the roof of your mouth (just behind your front teeth) and hold it there. This can help reset the natural alignment of your jaw.

Head and Neck Alignment: Ensure your head is in line with your spine. If you're sitting or standing, avoid slouching, as this can cause your jaw to misalign over time. Keeping your chin slightly tucked (not jutting forward) can help reduce strain on the jaw muscles.

Sleeping Posture: While sleeping, avoid sleeping on your side, especially if you have a noticeable difference in jaw appearance. Sleeping on your back with a pillow that supports your head and neck properly will prevent your jaw from being misaligned during sleep.

2. Chewing Gum ​


Chewing gum can help activate both sides of your jaw muscles and may temporarily reduce the appearance of asymmetry. Whichever side of your jaw is misaligned, chew on that side to promote muscle growth.

3. Sleeping Posture:​


Your sleeping position can influence your jaw, especially if you tend to favor one side. Sleeping on your back is ideal to avoid putting additional pressure on one side of the face, and gravity can help your jaw become more symmetrical while you sleep.

this might sound cope but could i go to a chiropractor?

i think it's because my head does not align with my neck

plus i rescheduled to tuesday so i have extra time

Yes, a chiropractor is cope, and if you go to one there is a chance that it will actually get  more asymetrical, I would say since you have extra time, book an appointment with a jaw/TMJ specialist.

Just wait and see, also most of the time we look worse than we think we do, and you are on looksmax.org, of course you are going to see thousands of imperfections in yourself, but the girl might notice like two. It's not that big of a deal.
