Im not fat but My stomach can look big sometimes and my arms are skinny and my face looks normal but can be bloated some times , quickest way to lose it

Its pretty hard , Because sometimes my mum would be lazy and just order something , Or like Its to late to cook so she will just order us and food i will have for dinner so i have no choice but to eat it , like yesterday she had to go somewhere so she came back pretty late and because it was late by the time dinner would be ready cooked it would be really late so when she came back . she came with pizzaKeep eating, you need to fix ur hormones.
