Are White men high inhibition? Yeah we are.

Does that mean we're deficient? Absolutely not.

Every race has its strongpoints and weaknesses.

Black men are lower inhibition (which is why black men get laid with ease).

But if White men were identical to black men, the living standards in Europe/Australia/North America would resemble Africa.

The White man's skillset leads to advanced nations (but as a drawback, we struggle to get laid). The black man's skillset leads to abundance of cooch (but as a drawback, black countries have lower development levels...probably because the men are too busy having sex)

Neither race is necessarily better than the other; just different.
