I knew an Indian man who was here on an H1B visa. He made moves on pretty much every woman he saw.

I don't think he ever had any success at getting American cooch. But his behavior exhibited the attitude you described (not giving a damn about what others think of him, not modifying his behavior in front of Whites, etc)

Blacks have more "swagger" in general. You can hate on them but that's something they do have. They have a knack for how to deal with and treat women. Maybe because a lot of them are raised in a matriarchy (single mother) and they learn how to deal with overbearing women.

A lot of whites are stiffer and serious in a way. Like the German attitude. But maybe not as extreme in other European tribes. I think this is because these traits were seen as good in the past and maybe it's also in the DNA to survive in harsher colder environments of Europe.
