Once you quit music and start living in the moment everything feels better and more vibrant,half of you are autopilot monkeys who listen to music hours a day to the point you are barely conscious anymore,brutal pill to swollow but music is the cause of manipulative daydreaming which is the cause of most mental illness/derealization,I even saw TikTok’s lately of normies saying how it messes up your thinking and vibrations,if you listen to music 1+ hour a day it’s fully over
