the problem i that i just dont rly see a point in quitting

i get a dopamine rush 1-2 a day when fapping to porn
i still fuck my gf
my erections are still good enough for sex

yea it does make sex less pleasurable but if i get the same feeling from porn why quit

It's not easy when you don't have real women/woman in your life and you are already used up to porn and your brain is re-wired.

There are guys who literally can't get hard if they don't watch porn, even if a real woman is present.
