I am honestly just no longer sure about how I feel about the gym anymore.
I feel a bit disillusioned.
are there really even any benefits that I can't get elsewhere?

- Maintaining tissue health: Could Easily get this from light calisthenics and a high protein diet
- Appealing to women: just be lean
- potential injury
- joint damage
- big legs look ugly if you squat and do that shit
- stressful(not as stressful as running though)
- costs money
