Quitting the gym entirely and doing a martial art instead

Thoughts on this? does anyone else do this?

I am honestly just no longer sure about how I feel about the gym anymore.
I feel a bit disillusioned.
are there really even any benefits that I can't get elsewhere?


  • Maintaining tissue health: Could Easily get this from light calisthenics and a high protein diet
  • Appealing to women: just be lean
Cons to lifting:
  • potential injury
  • joint damage
  • big legs look ugly if you squat and do that shit
  • stressful(not as stressful as running though)
  • costs money
 
Calisthenics and walking master race. Gymceling is completely unnecessary.
