Yeah this is roids. Nobody with genes like those walks into a gym natural and gains 30+ pounds of solid lean mass over a lifetime, let alone 2.5 years.

I agree it's the only thing that will somewhat give you a chance to stay alive if you're in the normie range, but gymming without substances is cope unless you start in your early teens.

40 pounds is probably puberty he looks like a small twig in the 1st photo, maybe he put on 25 lbs maximum but if the average guy would gymcell to look like him they would probably put on 15 lbs within 2.5 years to look like that. He looks like a malnourished twig and he looks like he went through extra growth through those 2.5 years
he's not super impressive and I really doubt he used any PEDs

Just shut the fuck up. I've lifted since 16, so I know nooby gains won't last forever. However, 2 first lifting years are very fast gains, especially as that guy started lifting at best time possible. At those ages, your natural T levels are on their peak.
And why'd you assume his bf% stayd continuously the same, ever heard of bulking/cutting?
It's only natural that guy his age would expect similar gains in his first 2 lifting years. I'm sorry you couldn't make natural progress, but body like that can be achieved naturally by most people, no problems.

To be honest you're probably right most gymcels don't train nearly hard enough to gain muscles like he did but its very possible for the average guy if they train properly

I'm not assuming his bf% stayed the same the whole time, just in both progress pics, and only for the sake of making a valid comparison. If his bf% was actually higher in the before pic, which is my actual assumption, that makes it even more likely this progress wasn't natural.

Nobody cares that you screwed around in the gym as a teenager or think the 20 pounds you gained over your first bulk was all muscle. Only very genetically gifted people gain 30 pounds of real, lean, solid muscle in 2.5 years. I see absolutely no good genetics here, just someone who decided it was better to cycle low-to-moderate doses of testosterone over more time than blast tren and make the same gains in 6-12 months.
